Finger Exercises For Brain Health - Memory loss with aging is a common problem, but in today's fast-paced life, it's becoming increasingly difficult for anyone to maintain mental peace. The problem of forgetting tasks or things, from children to adults, is rapidly increasing, with the main causes being lack of concentration and weak memory. In such a busy lifestyle, finding time to do activities like yoga can also be challenging for you. Therefore, today through this article, let's learn from yoga guru Deepak Pokhariyal about some easy finger movement exercises for improving brain function and memory. Finger Movement Exercises To Improve Memory: Join all the fingers of one hand together in the shape of a beak and tap them between the palms of the other hand like birds pecking. Repeat this finger movement with each hand 50 times. This exercise increases concentration and strengthens memory power. Spread the fingers of both hands and interlock them with the fingers of the other hand. During this, both your palms are connected. Now, lift the fingers of your right hand together, then close the fingers of this hand again and lift the fingers of the other hand. Repeat this exercise for at least 2 minutes. Doing this reduces stress levels and also controls anxiety. To do this movement, first, join all your fingers and keep your palm straight. Then, bend the fingers halfway, then make the fingers in the shape of a beak, and then make a fist. Do this finger movement exercise for 2 minutes. Doing this exercise can help control anger and reduce overthinking. While pressing the little finger and ring finger with the thumb, make a victory sign with the middle and index fingers. Then, twist your middle and index fingers and place them above the thumb. Do this exercise for at least 2 minutes. This exercise increases pressure on your brain and improves eyesight. Keep your palm straight, then twist your fingers to make a fist. Then, only lift your index finger upwards. Then immediately lift the middle finger along with the index finger. Then twist all the fingers between the palms and bring out the thumb. Repeat this process at least 20 times. Doing this finger movement exercise increases power and improves concentration as well.
